Buttery Sweet Potato

Ingredients: 

• 4 Large Sweet Potato cut into chunks
• 1/3 Cup of Brown Sugar
• 4 tbsp of butter
• 1 Tbsp of Vanilla
• 1 Tsp Salt
• 1 Tbsp of Cinnamon
• Marshmallows ( Optional)

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 300
• In a baking dish butter the pan add potato, set aside 
• In a bowl add melted butter, sugar, vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Mix well
• Pour sugar mixture all over potato, mix well and cover 
• Place in oven covered to bake for 1 hr 15 mins. Let cool and serve
