June 29th is national waffle iron day. I like to put a spin on the typical waffle with this simple quick and easy recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 tube of raw flaky croissant rolls
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1 tspn of vanilla
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of cream
Directions
- In a bowl add eggs, brown sugar, vanilla,cinnamon, and cream mix well
- separate croissants rolls, take two pieces at a time and flatten together
- Place in waffle iron and serve.
Goes great with nutella or chocolate dipping sauce
