Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato

• 4 potato
• 3 teaspoons of garlic powder
• 3 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
• 3 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of pepper
• 1/3 cup of olive oil
• 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese

Directions

• Pre-heat oven to 400. Grease a large baking pan set aside
• In a bowl combine salt, Italian seasoning,garlic powder and pepper. seet aside
• Add potato wedges to a bowl, mix in olive oil, rub all over
• Sprinkle potato wedges with the seasoning mixture
• Sprinkle parmesan cheese all over the potato
• Place in over to cook for 40 minutes
• Serve with ketchup or blue cheese
