I know the title throws you off, but the taste is amazing. it satisfy the craving of your sweet tooth when you’re trying to be on track to have that summer body. Trust me, my nephews couldn’t even tell the difference. I just put some whip cream on top for them and there bowl was licked clean. Let’s have a go at it.
*Fun fact about avacado, they are rich in fiber, they lower bad cholesterol and best of all they’re one of the most inexpensive anti-aging tools for your skin, even tho I love eating it, I make a fresh avocado mask with oil and yogurt. BUT i’m a cook not a beautician so I will keep that recipe to myself. ;)*
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened chocolate powder
- 1/2 cup of honey ( You can use brown sugar but when im on my health kick I use honey)
- 1/3 cup of coconut milk
- 3 tbsp of Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- Combine all in a blender and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour.
