Homemade Crumb Cake

Ingredients
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ sugar
- 2½ tsp baking powder
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ cup butter
- ¾ cup water
- 1 egg
TOPPING:
- ⅓ cup brown sugar, packed
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Butter pan. Set aside
- Blend all ingredients except topping.
- Mix for about 15 seconds.
- Add to butter pan.
- Mix topping, until mixture becomes coarse and crumbly
- Crumble topping over batter.
- Bake 30-40 minutes.
Yummy! Eat up and enjoy!
If you want you can sprinkle with powdered sugar
