Maccaroni & broccoli in a cream sauce

Ingredients

• Maccaroni Noodle
• 2 cups of broccoli
• 1/2 cup Sour cream
• 1/2 heavy cream
• 2 cups of chicken broth
• 1 cup of parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp of salt
• 2 cloves of garlic dice
• 2 tbsp of butter
• 1/3 cup of cilantro Chopped

Directions

• Pre-heat oven to 350
• Cook noodles.. drain water and add to pan
• Add sour cream 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese and broccoli to the pan mix well set aside
• In a saucepan add 2 tbsp of butter, garlic and cilantro.
• Add chicken broth to the pot, let come to a boil
• Add heavy cream and salt. Mix well
• Pour sauce over pasta, mix well
• Sprinkle 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese on top
• Place in oven for 20 minutes
