Weight Loss Smoothie
I drank this every other day when I was doing the biggest loser for work. I lost 17 lbs in 3 months. I felt lite weight and had the extra energy I needed to work out and keep active. I won our office challenge, and I looked great doing it.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of kale

Weight Loss Smoothie - 1 banana
- 1 cup of green seedless grapes
- 1 cup of cantaloupe
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1/8 cup of natural cashews
- 1/2 of water
Directions
Combine all in a blender and mix till smooth.
* You can add a tsp of chia seeds to your blender and watch your hunger cravings disappear till your next meal*
