Creamy Mac & Cheese
Now everyone loves mac and cheese, me personally I am not a fan. BUT my mac and cheese has always been the big hit at any event or family function. Now you can make it yours
Ingredients:
- 1 box of macaroni or elbow noodles
Creamy Mac & Cheese - 1 can of Campbells cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 pkg of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 stick of extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp of sugar
- 2 tsp of salt
- 1 package of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can of evaporated milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- In a large bowl add sour cream, soup, evaporated milk, egg, sugar, salt, mix well. Set aside
- Once water is boiled add your pasta noodles, it takes about 8-10 minutes to cook, or cook as desired. Drain
- In a pan of skillet add you pasta
- Pour your sauce all on top
- Grate your extra sharp cheddar cheese into pan. About a cup, mix well
- Add your shredded cheeses mozerella and cheddar. Mix well.
- Top with cheese
- Bake for 30 mins
Goes great with Oven Baked Corn On The Cobb and Crispy Honey Chicken wings
