I love love love bbq sauce, especially sweet baby rays honey bbq sauce. When i’m on my health kick and want to eat right, I make my own sauce. Making my own sauce helps me skip the high-sodium content that is used in bottled sauce. When you’re working out eating too much salt causes the body to keep or retain too much water. At weigh in this can be a nightmare, so I take my salt intake very seriously. So let’s make some sauce

- 1/2 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon of a fresh squeezed lemon
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce ( I use reduce sodium)
