Fresh Carrot Smoothie
This was my guilty pleasure. It appeased my pallet at the time when I was craving something sweet. Give it a try.
- 1 cup cold coconut water
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar (optional)
- Add ingredients to blender and puree until smooth.
