Oven Baked Corn On The Cobb
- 6 corn on the cobb
- 2 Tablespoon of salt
- 4 tablespoon of pepper
- 4 tablespoon of cayanne pepper
- 2 tablespoon of lawry’s seasoning salt
- Butter
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 400
- In a bowl combine all the seasoning mixture
- In a non stick pan ( Or a jelly roll pan) line with foil
- Rub butter all over each cobb
- Generously season your cobb with seasoning mixture
- Place in oven , while cooking stir occasionally for 45 minutes
- Top off with butter and serve
