• Chicken cutlets 

  

  
  

• Lemon or lemon juice
  
• Chicken Broth
  
• Seasoning salt
  
• pepper
  
• flour
  
• bread crumbs (optional)
  
• 2 eggs
  
• Milk 
  
• 1 stick of butter
  
• Parsley

Directions

• Cut chicken cutlets to your desire. (I personally use chicken tenders and then flatten it out a bit with a rolling pin.)
  
• Season with seasoning salt and lemon to your liking.  ( I use a whole squeezed lemon for about 6-8 chicken cutlets)
  
• Add about 1 cup of flour in a bowl
  
• 1/2 cup of bread crumbs(Optional)
  
• 1tsp pepper.
  
• In a seperate bowl beat 2 eggs
  
• ¼ cup of milk
  
• Sprinkle of pepper.
• In a large skillet or frying pan add 2 tbs of butter. Let it melt down.
  
• Take your chicken and cover it with flour on both side and then drop into the egg batter add to pan.
• Repeat this step till all chicken is in the pan.
  
• Cook chicken on both side for about 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  
• Remove chicken from pan.
  
• In the hot pan add about ½ a cup of lemon juice
  
• 1 ½ cup of chicken broth let it come to a boil.
  
• Place your chicken back in the pan and add the remaining butter.
  
• Add sliced lemons on top
  
• sprinkle your parsley over the cutlets
• Cover and let cook for 8mins, then serve.

Goes great with Pasta.
