When it comes to honeydews it include the B vitamins, niacin and thiamine, Vitamin C, copper and potassium. Regular consumption of honeydew melons can improve overall health, particularly, a stronger immune system and smoother, more radiant skin. So either you are dieting or parting this mocktail will do the trick.
Cucumber & honeydew mocktail

Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cucumber (peeled)
- 1/2 cup diced honeydew
- 2 cups of Ice
- 10 thin sliced cucumber
- 1 Lemon sliced thin
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 3 cups of water
- About 8-10 mint leaves
*** Note you can upgrade from a mocktail to a cocktail by adding 1 cup of cognac or whiskey***
Directions

Puree cucumber and honeydew in a blender until smooth.
- In a pitcher add Lemon slices, ice, Lemon juice, sugar, mint leaves and water
- Pour cucumber honey dew mixture into pitcher with a strainer
- Mix well and let refrigerate for 3 hours
